Existing construction junction box, with fold out
mounting wings, can be placed almost anywhere on the
wall to suit picture placement.

Wiring Options for NSL XPL Xenon Picture Light
Xenon Picture Light Wiring Options That Completely
Hide the Power Cord
Frame a 1.25" recessed area for a 110v wall receptacle
directly behind picture. Plug "Low Profile" transformer
into this recessed receptacle. If you cannot frame
in a recessed receptacle, the transformer will stand-off
the picture 1.25" from the mounting wall (this is
the same situation as in a standard 110v plug).
Most larger picture frames will accept a 1.25" stand-off
from the mounting wall, but the recessed receptacle
is the preferred option.
Plug the "Low Profile" transformer into a wall
receptacle in an adjacent room and bring the Class
2 power cord through the wall to the Xenon Picture
Light. If necessary, use the optional 8' interconnecting
Extension cords. Do not exceed 24' of total power
cord Length due to voltage loss. Transition of class
2 power cord through wall may require cord protection.
Check with your local building inspector before
installation.
Xenon Picture Light Wiring Options That Completely
Cover the Power Cord
Use optional "Wire Mold" to hide the cord from the
edge of the picture to the 110v receptacle. Paint
Wire Mold to match mounting wall. Place furniture,
home decorations, or plants in front of Wire Mold.
Xenon Picture Light Wiring Options That Partly Hide
the Power Cord
Properly secure the power cord on the base board
below picture. Bring cord up to picture in a straight
line, usually in the middle of the frame. Paint cord
to match mounting wall. Place furniture, home decorations,
or plants in front of cord.
